General Contact
Email contact@getopenwall.com for general feedback, privacy questions, feature suggestions, or site reliability issues.
If you are reporting a broken page or download issue, include the device, browser, page URL, and what happened after you clicked. Screenshots are useful when layout, cropping, or missing-image issues are involved.
Image Concerns
If an image appears incorrectly licensed, unsuitable, duplicated, or low quality, include the wallpaper title and source URL so it can be reviewed quickly.
For takedown or attribution requests, include the OpenWall page URL, the original rights holder or source page, the requested action, and a reliable way to respond.
Source Corrections
OpenWall manually reviews corrections for source URLs, license labels, image titles, category placement, device-fit notes, and misleading metadata. Clear evidence is the fastest route to a fix.
Useful correction messages usually include the OpenWall page URL, the current source shown on the page, the better source or rights information, and whether the request is for attribution, noindexing, replacement, or removal.
Response Expectations
OpenWall is a small site, so response times can vary. High-priority messages are source, privacy, security, and takedown concerns.
Messages that include exact URLs, source evidence, and the requested correction are easier to review than broad complaints without page details.
Content Quality Feedback
Feedback about thin pages, duplicate-looking collections, weak wallpaper descriptions, confusing tags, or images that do not work well as backgrounds is welcome. OpenWall uses that kind of feedback to decide which pages should be improved, consolidated, removed, or kept out of search.
Privacy Requests
OpenWall does not operate user accounts, but privacy questions about local storage, analytics, advertising cookies, or contact emails can be sent to the same address.
Publisher and Creator Notes
Photographers, artists, publishers, and platform owners can request attribution updates, source changes, noindex handling, or removal when a page should not appear in the wallpaper library.
