Current contact route
Email contact@getopenwall.com. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, complete payment-card details, government identity documents, sensitive information or confidential material in an initial message.
For a site problem, include the page URL, device, browser, approximate time, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove private information first.
Operator identification
OpenWall is the trading or service name used for this website. The operator's full legal name and geographic address have not yet been published. This is a launch blocker, and paid sales are disabled until those details appear here, in the Terms, in the Privacy Policy and at checkout.
The operator must not replace those facts with an invented company name, registration number or address. If OpenWall is operated by a limited company or is VAT-registered, the applicable registration and VAT details must also be published.
Premium access, orders and refunds
New sales are currently disabled. For an existing purchase or entitlement, use the subject “Order or account support” and include the Ko-fi order/transaction reference, the email used at checkout, the product name and a concise description of the problem. Never forward a still-valid sign-in link.
For cancellation or refund questions, state the order date, whether any download/access began, and the outcome requested. OpenWall will not treat acceptance of general Terms as the separate consent and acknowledgement needed to lose a digital-content cancellation right.
Data-protection rights requests
Email contact@getopenwall.com with “Data protection request” in the subject. Identify the right you want to exercise and the relevant account/order email or message reference. OpenWall may request proportionate verification before disclosing or changing account information.
The Privacy Policy explains access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent-withdrawal rights, including when an exemption or record-keeping duty may apply.
Data-protection complaints
Email contact@getopenwall.com with “Data protection complaint” in the subject. Explain what happened, when it occurred, the personal information involved, its impact and the outcome you seek.
OpenWall will acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days, take appropriate steps to investigate without undue delay, keep you appropriately informed, and communicate the outcome. If the message also contains a rights request, both processes will be handled.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Its helpline is 0303 123 1113 and its postal address is Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
Image rights, attribution and takedowns
Use the subject “Image rights review”. Include:
- the exact OpenWall page and image title;
- the original work/source URL and the exact licence or rights evidence;
- your relationship to the creator or rights holder, where relevant;
- the alleged problem, including any missing credit or undisclosed modification; and
- the requested correction, attribution, source-only treatment, disablement or removal.
OpenWall can temporarily disable a credible disputed download while reviewing it. A source link or platform label is not treated as conclusive proof that wallpaper redistribution is permitted.
Metadata and quality corrections
Report an incorrect creator, source, licence version, public-domain status, modification note, file format, pixel dimension, native-resolution label, AI label, category or description. Include the current statement and evidence for the correction. “4K-sized export” and “native 4K” are different claims and should be reported if confused.
Security reports
Use the subject “Security report” and give a high-level description, affected URL or feature, time observed, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access another person's account, download data you do not need, disrupt the service, publish a working exploit or include live secrets. Ask for a safer exchange route before sending sensitive evidence.
Custom wallpaper requests
Custom orders are disabled until the checkout, AI-provider disclosure, reference-material handling and deletion process are complete. Do not email personal photographs, children's images, sensitive information, confidential material or third-party artwork for a commission.
Response expectations
Account, payment, privacy, security and image-rights issues are prioritised. An ordinary support response time is not guaranteed, but statutory deadlines and the data-protection complaint commitments above still apply. Keep the original subject line and reference when following up so the correspondence can be linked.
