How it works
Open the Ko-fi request page, choose the custom wallpaper request, pay £1, and include the details needed to make it. Useful details include the subject, desktop or phone format, colours, mood, style, and whether the wallpaper should include text.
After the request is made, the wallpaper will be created and sent back through Ko-fi DM, email, or a file link depending on the details provided in the request.
What the £1 request includes
This is a tiny paid request rather than a full commission service. It includes one simple custom wallpaper based on the request details. Revisions are not guaranteed at this price, but small fixes may be possible when something is clearly wrong or missing.
Requests should be suitable for wallpaper use. OpenWall may decline and refund requests that are offensive, unsafe, too personal or sensitive, or based on copyrighted material that should not be recreated as a custom wallpaper.
So nothing gets lost
Ko-fi Orders is the source of truth for paid custom requests. Email is useful for questions, extra references, or follow-up notes, but it is not the main order queue.
After a request is paid, it should appear inside Ko-fi Orders and Payments & Orders. OpenWall can filter unfinished orders there, send the finished wallpaper, and mark the order complete after delivery.
Before you pay
If you are unsure whether an idea is suitable, email first using the question link above. Include the wallpaper idea, intended device, any colours or mood you want, and whether there are references you want considered.
Ko-fi and payment processor fees apply, so the £1 request is best for small, simple wallpaper ideas rather than complex artwork, brand work, commercial licensing, or multi-version design jobs.
What to include in your request
- The wallpaper idea or subject.
- Desktop or phone format.
- Preferred colours, mood, and style.
- Whether the wallpaper should include text.
- An email address only if you want delivery outside Ko-fi.
